Partnering with our sister restaurant Amici Italian, we are offering a 4-course dinner paired with a curated selection of our award winning craft beer. Each course you will be walked through the tasting and pairing notes by our culinary director Tanner Aronson before being left to enjoy. Come join us in celebrating another year of Field House beer hits paired with some delicious Italian food.

Course 1 - Welcome

  • Dish : Creamy Burrata nestled on a bed of greens and adorned with vibrant pumpkin seed pesto.

  • Beer Pairing: Italian Pilsner

Course 2: Starter

  • Delicate Carpaccio crowned with peppery arugula and fennel salad, accompanied by rustic focaccia and zesty Italian aioli

  • Beer Pairing: Dry Hopped Brett Ale

Course 3 : Main

  • Dish : Braised short rib pappardelle, with ethereal lemon ricotta drops

  • Beer Pairing : Toasted Coconut Black Lager

Course 4: Dessert

  • Dish: Imperial Stout Black Forst Petit Gateau

  • Beer Pairing: Fresh Batch Peach grape Raspberry Cherry Sour

Here's what’s on the table...⁠

Abby Menu

Dill Dip: Creamy dip with dill pickles, cream cheese, and FH Farms' dill, served with chips.

BBQ Pork Belly Pizza: Our signature dough topped with BBQ sauce, mozzarella, bell peppers, onions, confit garlic, and slow-braised pork belly.

Mimosa Sour Cheesecake with Lemon Curd: Creamy cheesecake with Mimosa sour syrup and tangy lemon curd.

Chwk Menu

Cheesy Corn Dip: Local Chilliwack corn and white cheddar topped with mozzarella, served hot in a cast-iron skillet with tortilla chips.

Dill Chicken Flatbread: Flatbread spread with our dill dip, topped with fire-roasted chicken, Spanish onion, and mozzarella.

Blueberry Cheesecake Jar: No-bake cheesecake topped with sweet blueberry compote.

Both menus include two beers (excluding 20oz pours) and two ‘ Beer on Me‘ beer cards.
