DUTCH PALE ALE 4.8%

Inspired by the pale ales of the Netherlands and a nod to our founders' Dutch heritage. When founding Field House we looked to our past for inspiration, rediscovering a classic type of European pale ale: malt forward, easy drinking and crisp. It quickly became the bestselling beer in our East Abby tasting room and has been a fan favourite ever since.

SALTED BLACK PORTER 6.5%

Brewed in a Baltic Porter style utilizing robust lager yeast for a clean ferment and allowing the rich, dark, roasted and caramelized malts to shine. Notes of coffee, chocolate, sweet caramel and licorice are balanced with a soft bitterness from European noble hops. Smooth, rich, and surprisingly easy to drink.

Intentionally unbalanced, this modern IPA is double dry-hopped with one of our favourite hop combinations of Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe, each adding their own layer of complexity and fruitiness. Juicy, fresh, and finishing slightly bitter.

Brewed with lots of oats, fermented with our favourite IPA yeast, and loaded with Talus and Sabro, two of our favourite hops known for their tropical fruit, coconut and citrus notes. It's hazy, juicy, a little weird, and a lot of fun.

A strong and bold fruit forward sour. The acidity from the lactic acid ferment helps to balance the alcohol sweetness, but the fruit steals the show. Loads of blueberries and blackberries change this light coloured sour to a dark purple fruit bomb.

This golden sour is light in colour but boasts huge amounts of peaches, a touch of apricot, and is accented with fresh lemon zest. Deceptively flavourful and with a strong alcohol backbone.
