Wild American IPA

One of a pair of releases, this beer began as a West Coast style IPA then was refermented with five strains of Brettanomyces in our American white oak foeders before being dry-hopped with intense American hops lending notes of citrus, pine, and resin. The extended aging with Brett contributes a backbone of leather, hay, and overripe fruit.

Aged 9 months. Conditioned in Bottles.

Wild New Zealand IPA

One of a pair of releases, this amber IPA was aged with five different strains of Brettanomyces yeast, contributing notes of leather, hay, and overripe fruit. It was then dry-hopped with delicate Wakatu and Nelson Sauvin hops, lending floral and stone fruit aromas and a light note of white wine.

Aged 9 months. Conditioned in Bottles

ABV 7.5%
