RASPBERRY & FENNEL SOUR WEISSE 4.7%

A collaboration with our friends and local farmers at the BC Raspberry Council, this beer began as a light sour ale, featuring BC malt, Canadian wheat, and our own farm has grown barley, soured with our house culture, providing the perfect base to showcase locally grown BC raspberries. The vibrant red colour and jam-like aromas of the local raspberries meld perfectly with the acidity of the beer and are complemented by the fresh earthiness of our own farm-grown fennel.
