PINOT GRIS SOUR SAISON 6%
Our second collaboration with our friends at House of Funk in North Van, this beer began as a sour Saison, fermented with Sach Trois and 2 Saison strains. It was then steeped on Pinot Gris grape skins, pulling aromas of pear and apple while giving flavours of stone and tropical fruit. Lastly, we lightly dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Citra to further accentuate the flavours from the grape skins.
