NORWEGIAN WHEAT ALE 6%

A collaboration with our friends at Strange Fellows, this Norwegian farmhouse style ale features a base solely of wheat malt. It was fermented at extremely high temperatures with Laerdal, a rare Kveik yeast strain known for its thermotolerance and fruitiness, we then complemented these tropical fruit and citrus flavours by liberally dry hopping with two of our favourite hops, Idaho seven and Citra
