NEW WORLD SAISON 6.5%

A collaboration with our friends at Twin Sails, this modern Saison features wheat and spelt malt and is fermented with spooky Saison, a yeast known for it's spicy and orchard fruit notes. We then heavily dry-hopped this beer with Citra, Simcoe, and Azacca contributing citrus and tropical fruit notes.
