Another adventure into the intersection of wine and beer, Field House and Wander Brewing got together to celebrate West Coast craft beer with two limited edition collaborations, brewed both in Bellingham, WA and Abbotsford, BC.

With a slightly sour base and primary fermented in a foeder full of wild yeast, this pale wine-beer hybrid was brewed solely with Patagonian extra pale malt. Sauvignon Blanc pairs perfectly with Nelson Sauvin hops, lending strong notes of dry white wine, and delicate notes of gooseberries and citrus fruits.
