Edition #01 of our new Seasonal Saison Series. As you might expect, Summer is a profusion of fruit and herb, bringing the sweet earthiness of the Saison base to full bloom. We collaborated with Faspa & Co. s Chef Bonnie Friesen to create a recipe combining bright peach notes, peppery nasturtium, and candy-like lemon balm. We hosted a Seasonal SUMMER bottle release party with Faspa & Co, featuring local food made with the same ingredients that went in this special brew, including fresh peaches from Lepp's Farm Market.
