NORDIC BLONDE ALE 5%

Part of our single hop Kveik series exploring new ways ancient yeasts, traditional grains, and newly cultivated hops interplay to create something unique. This beer combines the lightly fruity Monroe hops with citrus-forward Voss Kveik yeast in an easy-drinking blonde ale made with our own farm grown wheat. Expect a crisp beer with light notes of sweet orange and a hint of red berries.
