Starting with a light wheat base, this Berliner Weisse style sour ale is inspired by our love of Gin. Juniper, Coriander, Angelica root, Cardamom, and grains of paradise lend nuanced botanical notes and a slight bitterness. A blend of dried and fresh lemon zest rounds out the beer with bright citrus. Tart, Refined & Refreshing.
