L'ACADIE SOUR 9%

This wood-aged sour was brewed in September of 2017 and put into barrels with a sour culture and wild yeast. It was racked out of the barrels and onto L’Acadie grape must from Whispering Horse Winery Sept 2018, then aged on the fruit for 4 months followed by a month of bottle conditioning.
