Fermentation: Primary in steel, secondary in white oak
Fruit: Whispering Horse L'Acadie Grapes, Pink Guava, Blood Orange peel
Yeast: Ale yeast, Mixed Culture Blend

This mixed fermentation barrel-aged sour was transferred onto 1000 lbs of L'Acadie grape must from Whispering Horse Winery then aged for six months to enhance the natural citrus characteristics the grape brings to the beer. Finished with pink guava and blood orange peel creating complex sour bursting with tropical fruit flavours.
