Fermentation: Primary in stainless, aged in white oak foeder
Fruit: Whispering Horse Winery grapes, grapefruit juice + peel, peaches
Tart, Grapefruit, White grape

Bold flavors of ripe grapefruit and tropical fruit. After aging in a Foeder, Brett was added to this sour beer and mixed with L'acadie wine must. It was also aged on grapefruit juice/peel and peaches to boost the tropical taste.
