This country-themed collaboration series is an exploration of ingredients from around the world. This Nordic IPA was fermented with a Norwegian Kviek yeast and hopped entirely with 'Pekko' (named after the Finnish god of harvest). Expect punchy citrus and fruity profile with a splash of tartness.
