FIELD HOUSE X FOUR WINDS

Edition 04/04 is a Belgian Farmhouse that was put in the Copper Coolship where we added Belgian candy sugar and 100lbs, in five varieties, of lemons and oranges. It was then left overnight to allow the air to cool the beer naturally while collecting wild Fraser Valley microflora. Lastly, it was fermented with a mix of Saison and Brett-like Trois yeast.
