Fruit: Field House Farm plums
Yeast: Lactobacillus, House Culture

This blended barrel-aged sour was aged on plums from Field house farms for over a year. We then added a second dose of plums, as well as flaked sea salt, hibiscus, and Tahitian vanilla, creating a unique experience with every sip.
