CUVÉE BLANC FARMHOUSE 8.5%

Fermented with wine yeast and conditioned on 300lbs of pinot noir grape pomace and a wild brett culture. This melange has the tartness and flavour of white wine paired with the barnyardy bouquets of wild aged beer.
