Inspired by familiar laughter and long table banter, we conditioned this dark Saison on oak infused with Backyard Vineyards Cab Franc and seasonal spices like clove, cardamom, and cinnamon resulting in a Winter Saison that was inspired by the cozy Danish tradition of Hygge.
