BOURBON BARREL AGED IMPERIAL STOUT 10%

Brewed on June 26, 2020, and bottled on July 10, 2021, this particular batch has a volume of 7.5HL, which translates to approximately 116 cases. The fermentation process involves a primary phase in stainless steel, where it develops its character, followed by an aging period in Bourbon barrels. For this rich and satisfying stout, we carefully selected a premium array of roasted malts, combined with flaked grains to create a complex flavor profile. The grain bill includes Pilsner, flaked oats and barley, Munich, roast barley, chocolate, C-60, and Carafa III. This BIG stout was expertly crafted to achieve the thickest and silkiest body imaginable. Fermented using our dedicated house ale strain in stainless steel, it is then meticulously racked into Whiskey and bourbon barrels, which impart delightful notes of vanilla, oak, and caramel to the final product.
