Launching in 2024, this newest addition to our core beer line-up is quickly making itself at home among the others. Inspired by one of our favourite cocktails, this fruity sour is brewed using our house culture and features a touch of Vancouver Island sea salt, real passion fruit, and agave nectar.
Sour beers are a category of beer known for their tangy, tart, or acidic flavour profile. They achieve this signature taste through unique fermentation techniques that introduce wild yeast strains, bacteria, or both into the brewing process.
